Dr. Ragina Naidu, CEO

Dr. Naidu is a founder of BN Pharmaceuticals, Chief Scientific Officer, and a board director.
Dr. Naidu brings 30-plus years of experience in drug development, chemistry, manufacture, and control (CMC), providing expertise in API manufacturing from feasibility to commercial scale manufacturing with developing and improving existing GMP infrastructure and systems to ensure compliance with GMP.
Dr. Naidu oversees the daily operations of the company and has successfully led the team in filling ANDAs, and DMFs with plant inspection and approval from the US FDA, EMA, and Health Canada for several oncology drugs including paclitaxel, docetaxel, cabazitaxel, anhydrovinblastine, vinblastine, vincristine, navelbine, etoposide, irinotecan and topotecan.
Recently, Dr. Naidu has developed a prostate cancer drug from betulin and radiopharmaceuticals for combination therapy of paclitaxel (Abraxane) with other drugs for cancer treatments/clinical trials.
She was a Research Associate and Associate Professor at the Chemistry department, University of British Columbia prior to joining Phytogen Life Sciences as Director of R&D and later, Chatham Biotec Ltd as Chief Scientific Officer.
Dr. Naidu received her PhD degree in synthetic organic chemistry from Australian National University. Dr.Naidu holds more than 50 patents in cancer-related drugs, exemplifying her commitment to translating scientific discoveries into practical applications.

Brandon obtained his BBA in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University. With extensive experience in operations management, Brandon has held pivotal roles across the pharmaceutical industry, driving efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth. As VP of Operations at BN Pharmaceuticals, Brandon oversees key operational functions, ensuring seamless integration of processes to meet strategic goals.
Before joining BN Pharmaceuticals, Brandon played a significant role in optimizing operational frameworks in multiple business organizations, leading initiatives that improved productivity, reduced costs, and enhanced compliance.
Brandon is recognized for expertise in supply chain optimization, regulatory adherence, and cross-departmental collaboration, contributing to the successful launch and scale-up of numerous pharmaceutical products. With a commitment to excellence, Brandon continuously drives operational success in a highly dynamic and competitive industry.
Dr. Yunman Zheng, Chief Operations Officer in China

Dr Zheng obtained his PhD from Wuhan University and brings years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing of API’s. He was the R&D director of Zhejiang Hisun Pharmaceutical Co Ltd and R&D manager, marketing manager, and Deputy general manager of Shanghai Techwell Biopharmaceutical Co Ltd. He founded Shanghai Bioman Pharma Limited in 2010, Jiangxi Bioman Pharma Limited in 2013, and Hubei Bioman Pharma Limited in 2022. As a pharmaceutical chemist and engineer, he completed many API process developments. The projects that have been commercialized so far included: cyclophosphamide, pyranubicin, idarubicin, voglibose, prostaglandin series products, paclitaxel series products, abacavir, entecavir and pregabalin etc. products that have completed technology development include ticagrelor, luliconazole, Bictegravir, L-carnitine, 4-AA and L-lipoic acid etc.

Dr. Nadia Naidu is a dedicated and skilled medical professional with a strong passion for improving patient outcomes and driving healthcare innovation. A graduate of Griffith University in Australia, she is currently a practicing doctor at Gold Coast University Hospital, where she applies her expertise to diverse clinical settings. She has amassed extensive experience across medical, surgical, and psychiatric wards, in addition to working in Australia’s busiest emergency department. Dr. Naidu’s comprehensive clinical background and dedication to patient-centered care provide the foundation for her pharmaceutical endeavors, aiding in the development of innovative therapies that address unmet medical needs and improve healthcare outcomes.
